Power Capacitor

Short Description
  • Self-healing
  • Built-in overvoltage protection
  • Dry type structure
  • Under normal use, the capacitors will have a capacity drop of less than 2% after 2 years.
  • Metal aluminum shell structure

Description

Feature

  • Superior self-healing performance: it can self-repair and resume normal operation after partial breakdown of the dielectric caused by overvoltage.
  • Safety performance: The capacitor is equipped with built-in overvoltage protection, which can automatically cut off the power supply in the event of a malfunction or overload, ensuring the product’s safety and reliability. The capacitor is equipped with a built-in discharge resistor. Following a power supply cutoff, the residual voltage drops to below 75V within a period of 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Fully Dry Structure: After the capacitor core is heat-set in a high-vacuum silicone oil bath, it is filled with flame-retardant gelatin material to prevent oil contamination of the environment.
  • Long lifespan: The capacitor’s low loss and minimal loss of capacitance during use are the result of a special composite electrode material and reinforced insulation design. Under normal conditions, the capacitance will decrease by less than 2% over a two-year period.
  • Aluminum Shell: The capacitor is constructed with a metal aluminum shell, which provides several advantages. It dissipates heat quickly, preventing corrosion and oxidation. Additionally, the shell is compact, small in size, easy to install, and attractive.
